I needed an ergonomic chair for use at my treadle sewing machines and we had an office chair that we thought would be perfect. The only problem was I could not keep the chair in position because of the wheels and as I was treadling I kept sliding further and further back until I could no longer operate the sewing machine. We wanted to make every effort to use what we already had so I bought these replacements for the wheels and promptly installed them and added the rubber grip pads to the bottom of the plastic feet to avoid any damage to our laminate floor. Well the chair was heavy to start with and with those rubber feet it didn't the chair didn't move at all. In fact I couldn't even move it on purpose due to weakness and pain that I experience do to fibromyalgia. We scraped off the rubber feet and try it again. It just wasn't working for me. If you need feet to replace the wheels on your office chair and you're not 69 years old and in pain so that you can't fend for yourself this is a perfect solution but for me it just didn't work.

Much needed item to convert overly mobile office chair to a more steady and safe chair. Replacing the chair wheels with these feet was quick and easy and the chair still is capable of being moved on chair mat but is so much more stable and safe for me to use!Happy Amazon offered these! I have a large Serta office chair that I sit in to watch TV. The chair is super comfy, but it came with casters, and it moved around way too much. I ordered the Bell Glide feet and they fit perfectly, and now my chair doesn't move unless I want it to. Very pleased with this product!

Love this product. Bought them after an injury and needed a stationary office chair. Rolling chair was fall hazard. Installing was simple. Keeps chair in place on laminate floor but still allows chair to move if needed. Was a very economical upgrade that I needed. Have recommended to many of my co-workers.
