Everything works perfect but the tool , cheap plastic cracks in half once you get the insert in almost all the way .

Plastic tool provided does not hold up well and stripes out easily. I would recommend buying the metal instalation tool with this.

Tool sucks. It’s made of plastic. First time to use and it cracks in 2 pieces. Total waste of money

This is a plastic tool that is to be used with a metal wrench. It is not sturdy enough to install the water tube insert the, water tube without distorting the tool.
