Holds pistol high without sagging. Snug against body for good concealment. Moveable mag pouches are nice, as is front zipper pouch. Far beyond the quality of other belly bands.

More comfortable than my "brace up" brand back brace (no itch when worn against your skin), with stronger velcro adhesion too, AT 2/3 THE COST! I just bought a Glock 29 which fits perfectly. My Glock 20 with laser under the barrel does not fit at all. The detachable 2 magazine pouch fits the 10-round mags for my 29, but does not accommodate the 15-round G-20's mags as well.This is so comfortable, that I keep the G-29 in it even at home.

In my professional opinion, this is one of the better belly band holsters on Amazon as I have tried almost all of them. Most are designed with too many accessory holders that are not practical unless you only stand and never reach a sitting position. Not sure why the design of these are better but there not. This overall is very well constructed and comfortable. The reason for the loss of a star is that the mobile phone pocket is just a tad too tight for a Galaxy S23 Ultra (6.43 x 3.07 x 0.35 in) which is a shame because the idea is good, the design was poor.

Its a pretty good belly band holster I had to cut the fabric a little to accommodate a light. Mag pouches work best with smaller mags.

Product update:After using this belly band holster almost every day for a few months, I have to unfortunately report that the velcro used seems to be on the cheap side and is now having problems holding. My solution will be adding buttons to it, but I'm a bit disappointed that I will have to make this modification.Original review that was 4 stars:This belly band holster seems to be well made, and it is comfortable on me.It fits my Walther PPS very well, but I wish the magazine holders were a little bit more narrow. The magazines aren't held in place as well as I would like. I'll probably use some heavy thread to switch them tighter.These are technically not set up for cross draw; however, it was fairly easy for me to change that.I'm right handed, and I wanted this to be a cross draw belt; therefore, I removed a one inch stitching that positions the pistol and then added a new stitched line that holds the pistol in place for cross draw. It probably took me about 30 minutes to do with heavy gauge needle and thread.The reason I went cross draw is because this band, on my waist, positions the gun higher than an IWB holster making it a bit awkward for normal draw but good on cross draw.I have been training with it (much more still needed) and found it to be better, IMHO, than IWB on my right side. Since I wear my shirts untucked the majority of the time, I find I can retrieve my gun faster using my left hand to lift my shirt enough to retrieve the pistol with my right hand. It probably isn't for everyone, but it works well for me.

Waist band is perfect. I went for a size up as being a bit older it can grow with me if I do. Elasticity is great and the only nit picking I have is the button clasp as opposed to an elastic Velcro tab for the weapon and mag security on the belt. Being that I’m carrying a weapon in not the optimal place, I’d like a way to ensure it’s safely staying where it should. Would still recommend as a great conceal carry method that doesn’t show. Should have looked into this sooner!
