This is shockingly well made. very very smooth rotation top and bottom. if you need to hang something heavy this is the thing to do it with. it will swivel forward back on the rolling bar, then swirl 360 top and bottom.I did not wind up using this for my punching bag because I found one that incorporates a screw and nut into the top, although that one loses the top swivel and keeps only the bottom swivel. that is OK for me but for my other heavy hang I will be using this so that it truly swivels freely even when multiple axes.

These worked perfect in my home gym. The pin rings are not easy to remove if you have to disconnect them so I replaced those with something easy to remove.

Added this to my total gym to relieve the cable stress from twisting. This option was much less expensive. Compared to the total gym guru's recommendations. I did not need a 35 newton swivel. I did add in nylon spacers from hardware store so the cable attachments stay in the middle of the bar instead of sliding from side to side. keeps the swivel function smooth. I am over 65 and wanted to improve the use of my total gym as the original cables had many cracks. this swivel should make the new cable last much longer.

Bought this to make a very large mobil sculpture to hang from the tree in my yard. Was a little paranoid about the swivel holding the sculpture but boy was I suprised when the thing arrived. Super beefy swivel. No worries about it supporting my sculpture. Probably going to but another just so I can come up for a cool use for it!
