Digs potatoes like a champ! I wanted a shorter handle digging fork and found this one. It’s perfect. Very well made.

The fork allows me to leave over less. It also digs in nicely without having prongs that are too sharp and could possibly cut into sprinkler pipes

Usually I don't bother writing reviews, but this tool is excellent! I have fibromyalgia, so I don't have the energy or the strength to dig plants out with a shovel, and dividing plants has become almost impossible. Someone suggested a hand fork and I found this one, and I figured I could use it sitting down (how I do 99% of my gardening) but the long handle would give me more leverage than a regular hand tool. I was right!I managed to sit and dig out a very overgrown blackeyed Susan out of clay soil filled with rocks (someone who lived here a long time ago thought it was a good idea to "mulch" with rocks. They're the bane of my existence. I've been slowly digging them out for years) and divide it into 9 smaller plants. Then I used the fork to dig holes for the 9 smaller plants. The digging up, the dividing, and the digging holes for the new plants were all far easier than they've been with any other tool I've used, and I've tried a lot of tools over the years. Simply put, this tool is awesome!

I like the thick prongs. I use this tool to cultivate my container gardens. It’s small yet very powerful. Very heavy duty and so pretty… haha. Only a sweet woman would say a gardener tool is pretty. I’m a master Gardner…no novice. So grateful for this unique garden helper. Thank you Berry&Bird🌞

Needed something sturdy but small-ish to dig carrots in my raised bed garden. This worked perfectly!

It works better in a raised bed, where you can use two hands, when on hands and knees, if could be about six inches longer to work super perfect, but as I have raised beds, it works great.
