Exactly what I was looking for. Great quality for a very good price. Fits perfectly with my fireplace so looks great. Keeps kids and cats away from the fire and keeps sparks from making it to the carpet, covering all the functions I was purchasing it for.

Came a day later than what I was told, which isn't a big deal for me as I was honestly expecting it within a week or so after placing the order.This one was on my late husband's wish list, so I went ahead and purchased it. The screen itself was very light and not heavy at all. I like the fact that it fit perfectly on my fireplace. I can now enjoy the fireplace without having to worry about my pets getting to close to the fireplace when I have a fire going.

This is a great high quality and sturdy fireplace guard. We’ve had this for a couple of years now and there’s been no wear and tear to date after storing it away for the summer. Holds up well!

I really like the quality of this fireplace screen. It gives the antiqued look I wanted and seems sturdy. Hopefully this will help the sparks flying onto my rug and small burning holes. We will see. For the price I think it’s a great option. I’m hoping the metal holds up as well with the heat.

I purchased this screen to keep my cats away from the gas fireplace.It arrived on time and well packaged. I was able to pull right from the box and remove the plastic bubble wrap then place in front of fireplace.It looks great. Plain and simple which is what I wanted. I was worried that the cats would be able to tip it over but they haven’t done so.I highly recommend this screen.

We have a 3 and 2 one year-old grandchildren. The gate came within 24 hours of ordering in time for our Christmas get together. Parents and grandparents alike were relieved at the extra security provided covering our liile ones from fireplace insert. I thought it looked really nice against the stone fireplace and black insert! And it folded up nicely to be put away when not needed.

The unit adequately covers the opening of our fireplace and it looks good. However, construction quality is fair at best. The mesh screen does not uniformly fit the frame and one side it barely stretches to the frame. I had to cut off some mesh on another side of the frame that I was sticking up, which was quite sharp. Not sure I would buy it again.
