I have owned many different types of tile cutters from mechanical to manual. I needed a tile cutter that could accommodate large size tiles. The tile material I needed this cutter was granet and it had no problem cutting straight cuts which saved me a lot of time. The unit is very large and a little heavy for what I'm use to using but thats alright. I have no regrets purchasing this tile cutter and highly recommend it.

The price is tough to beat if you need to cut large-format tiles. We bought this after struggling with a water-lubricated circular saw tile cutter that did the job, but made a huge mess and took a long time to cut 2' x 4' ceramic tiles. This cutter did a good job at scoring and breaking tiles along a straight line, after we got the hang of it, and despite the terrible and skimpy manual that was written by someone who mistakenly thought that they knew how to write English. The laser guide was mis-aligned and we broke the first tile trying to follow the bad directions.I did a search online and found a video for a very similar tile cutter distributed by a different company. The video showed how to align the laser guide and to properly score and break tiles. After that, we successfully cut most of the tiles we needed for the job at hand. This tile cutter ought to work for you too, provided you realize that you are not going to get a super high-quality tool for such a low price.

I bought this to cut 48 48-inch titles for a kitchen project, but sadly, this cutter won't work. I tried a few straight cuts, and it broke 2 of my 48" by 48" titles. I ended up using the wet saw.

This cutter is the best bang for your buck. For the price, I can’t complain. There is a learning curve to the cutter though. The length of the cutter makes the metal bracing bend, which in turn messes up the cut. However when you learn to use it, this tool is better than spending $1000 + on a name brand one. 9/10

Cutter works great, but the tracks they used for the slide, are too weak, so when cutting large format tiles, it doesn't score very well in the center of the tile, because the bars flex and relieve pressure in the center. You can work with the machine to get it to work right, but that's why I only gave it 3 stars. I shouldn't have to do that.

Be careful the cutter has a spring attached for tile that's uneven. So you might brake some tile get use to it but it cleanest cut I ever seen

The unit is decent . Depends on the tile you’re going to cut down . I would recommend purchasing a extra wheel from Floor and Decor. They carry the scribe wheel and works awesome with unit ! Outside of that . I talked with customer service and they have the best service ever . No hesitation, answered all my questions and took care of any negative feeling I may have had !Thank You

El precio es muy competitivo para una maquina que corta una dimensión tan grande, trae un laser que no se ve muy bien si hay luz pero el corte es bueno y el precio contendio. La he usado mucho y sigue funcionando.

After getting the hang of it I used it with success on different sizes of tiles from 12 x 24“ to 48 x 24Laser is not accurate but other than that it’s a good tool that is doing the job
