Got these to use following cataract surgery. The elastic slipped and the eye shield did not stay in place. Had to go back to surgical tape.

Purchased eye shields to protect eye at night after having cataract surgery . Both eye shields had sharp jagged edges which would not be desirable wearing over face and eye that you’re attempting to protect. Not sure if both shields were defective or manufacturer’s standard of quality Would not recommend for any use .

If you are not in a hurry, this is a very good eye shield. I had misplaced my eye shield from the doctor and paid extra for overnight shipping. The product is great, just as advertised, but the Amazon shipping slowed arrival by 2 days. They did refund the extra shipping, but I don’t need the eye shield now.
