All I can really type is the kit IS AS ADVERTISED and the PRICE IS RIGHT. If I have to give a "negative" it's that the screw DIAMETER is "a scrooch smaller" than the screws it replaced - IOW, they aren't as "tight" in the nylon inserts that held the original screws. Of course, I DID NOT "replace" the original nylon nuts with the kit-supplied ones, so it remains to be be seen how well these screws stay in the "old" nuts.With that typed, the "chrome" caps attach VERY SECURELY to their "keepers" and, IMO, look very nice next to a "silver" frame. The screw heads are 100% covered by the caps and, although I haven't tried to remove the caps, they seem to be very secure on their "keepers".All in all, I'm very pleased overall with this kit and I do ** RECOMMEND ** this kit for securing license plates (with or without "frames") to vehicles.

I loved the extra screws and the tool that came with it! Easy install! It did the job and looks great! I liked the fact that the screws are not the typical flat head or Phillip. So I think it would act as a deterrent for people who want to steal your plates.

This is a good anti-theft package for your license plates. Came with everything you need. The only problem was that the screws did not fit the holes on the back of the vehicle. The screws on the front of the vehicle went in fine.

Used this on my daughters car since the front bumper was not set up to accept a plate. This kit has everything you need, aside from the drill bit to drill the bumper, and worked well. I have no complaints.

This product really dresses up the look of license frames. Used with stainless steel frames it gives a very clean and finished look. I have purchased these before and am very satisfied. After many years they may start to tarnish, but it is easy and inexpensive to change out the caps.

Nice replacement hardware except the cap covers for the screws did not actually snap in place like they should have. They will possibly fall or shake off at some point in time.
