Price per disk was good. Don't last as long as I would like, but then the same goes for other brands. Nobody makes disks to last for ever. I will buy when these run out.

Cuts rust and paint for welding. Much smoother finish than a 40 grit grinding disc

Like the xl size however was expecting grinding to be more aggressive since it's a 36 grit.

I bought a ten pack of these, before I ran out of my other brand. So I could go back and forth and get a comparison. I bought 60 grit, and the Black Hawk discs did not last longer than the other brand I use, which is similarly priced for a thick flap disc. Otherwise there were no problems with these, the just didn't live up to the advertising expectations.
