My wife is a pastry chef by trade and she really enjoys these. Uses them for quiche, little chicken pot pies, little dessert cobblers etc. Good buy

As advertised this was a set of 4. I ordered two sets thinking I would get 8 ramekins. When the order arrived I was shocked to see that I received only two ramekins. I am very unhappy with the correspondence I have received from this company and think Amazon should not work with them.
