I broke a casserole and have struggled to replace it -- everything I got is either too big or too small. This is just right. Great for casseroles, but also to serve salads, pasta, bake quick breads, whatever. Sturdy and attractive (and I may actually make a souffle some day!) Easy to wash, easy to store, fun to have.

The product itself is okay, attractive, useful, but the bowl comes with package cardboard glued to the bottom of the inside of the bowl, initially hard to remove, but even with goo removal substances and razor blades, it is hard to get glue off.

I needed it for a soufflé and needed it fast. It arrived quickly. This is a little deeper than other soufflé pans which allows a larger recipe for more people. Glass is a great way to go as you can visually see how close to done the soufflé is and it cleans up nicely. Could be used as a mixing bowl also.

Looks like a great soufflé dish but there underneath the product’s paper insert there are three big blobs of glue that won’t come off the glass. The product says not to use abrasive cleaners but the glue won’t come off with soap and water. Total overkill and not necessary at all. 2 stars for the nuisance and cost of my time trying to clean this glue off the glass
