Before Repair
Outdoors, most tire punctures are caused by sharp stones. Generally, the puncture hole is about 0.2 inch. Make the bicycle unable to ride.
When Repairing...
If you have a Maifede bicycle inner tube repair kit, you will no longer worry. If you master the correct method, you can make the tube intact within 30 minutes.
After Repair
After the cement is dry (usually no more than 25 minutes), you can inflate the tires to continue enjoying your outdoor riding.
How to Master the Correct Usage Method?
- Use the lever to remove the inner tube.
- Scratch around the puncture hole with a metal file to make it rough.
- Apply the curing fluid to the rough area and make sure that the area is larger than the area of the Vulcanizing Patch.
- Wait 1-2 minutes.
- Paste the vulcanized patch.
- Hit the surface of the patch with a wooden stick or a metal stick to make the patch and the inner tread completely fuse.

This kit is small with just the essentials to get you patched in case your tire gets a leak. I bought it on the recommended of an ebike YouTuber. Instrux are simple and clearly illustrated with photos right in the box.

Since getting it, I finally had the opportunity to use the patches, both glued and glueless.The glued patches are the nice bi-colored thin patches I like. The glue and patch worked as expected. The included sandpaper squares for ruffing are a good choice for the job.I tried a glueless on my 20 x 4.0 fat tube which was also filled with flat-out. I found the hole, buffed it well, and made sure none of the goo in the tube was leaking out. The patch went on real nice, and has not leaked since.For on the road repairs glueless is a good choice.

These things really do not stick very well. I followed the instructions very closely. Scuffed up the area, let the glue set about 2 minutes so it gets tacky before applying the patch, and clamped it loosely in a vice for over a half hour. But the patches still fall off. I had to redo this 4 times in the same spot before it actually stuck. And I still feel like it's going to fall off when I put it back in my tire. If you're looking for something cheap, it's okay. But it's also very cheap quality. I recommend spending a bit more elsewhere...

Just as title says. Quality of patches are good, but the levers are cheap plastic that broke on me the first time. They might work for like a kids or BMX bike, but definitely not for a road or gravel bike, as they are very tightly seated onto the wheel. I had to get a different set of metal reinforced levers for my bike, so definitely don't count on the ones in this kit for emergencies. The patches work though. Sealed up 3 thorn punctures already with no issues.

Excellent bit of kit, seems to cover everything needed should you be un-lucky enough to get a puncture, fortunately I have not needed to put it to the test as yet, but now fully prepared for when it happens
