This was perfect to top off the edible flower cookies I made for a shower. Once I had the flowers on, I used a liquid sugar water and then dipped in these crystals. Two bottles is enough to do the top of 500 cookies with a bit to spare. Just don't dredge them for a long time - a sprinkle and shake off excess. It was enough to give them a sparkle but not so much that it took away from the edible flowers on each cookie.FYI - these cookies are expensive to purchase. I'm not saying it was any small job but much more affordable from my own kitchen. Time is the culprit but get a few together and form a production line - it goes fast!

I purchased this sugar in multiple colors to use as a decorative coating for chocolate dipped treats. It was exactly what I expected.
