These are great. Want to correct an error in the product description - and provide clarity that is not supplied definitively by our new friend, “Rufus.†😂These are metal. They are not some junky plastic version of a carabiner.Strong, smooth, reliable. I use them in a gym setting.Your only thing to consider with a fully oval ‘biner like this (compared to an asymmetric design) is that you can’t tell from a quick glance which way the gate opens. Not a big deal, and not a quirk that is unique to this model. It is a shortcoming of many oval carabiners.
