Quality is lacking. The handle pulled out on one side causing the full bucket to dump out. To fix I removed the inner plastic bucket and found the outer tube is made of cardboard. I super glued the handle insert and re-assenbled. The cardboard outer tube is bad if it gets wet. It should of been sprayed with a sealant before assembly. Also, the provided ice tongs are useless and will not pick up more than 1 cube at a time.Not worth the high price.

This sat on our kitchen counter. I kept wiping water and realized it was leaking! Not worth the $$

This bucket is larger than most, which means less time spent refilling it. Ice remains frozen for reasonably long period of time. You’ll probably want to get a small scoop to use with it. Tongs are slow going with smaller cubes. Glad I purchased this!
