As soon as I opened it up there was already scratches on the brackets and a dent right in the middle of the middle cross bar.

Seems to be a good product. It is pretty sturdy, the steel is fairly thick. Instructions are hard to follow, but the pictures are helpful, so I just looked at the pictures and had no troubles.
