Love this slingshot.The latex is NOT black as pictured. The color is "natural rubber". But beyond the asthetics (because it does really change the look of the slingshot) the craftsmanship is nice. It's not smoothly sanded at the center and the latex is a little long for drawback.Overall, I like the old school feel. It fits nicely in everyones hand. It's sturdy, shoots excellent and I'm very happy with my purchase.
