Precision Forging Process:

Our tools undergo a meticulous forging process ensuring longevity and reliability:

Hardening: Starting with a preheat to 1200°F, we then elevate temperatures to 1450-1500°F before a quench in water.
Tempering: The surface is carefully cleaned to aid color monitoring, followed by heating to a balanced 400-500°F. A consistent tempering duration ensures the tool's resilience and durability.
Testing: After tempering, we ensure the tool's robustness through a Rockwell hardness assessment and an anvil rebound test, verifying its strength and preventing deformities.
