I used this to convert a chargriller flatiron from Menards to natural gas. I used the 0.75mm thread orifices with the 2.0mm hole and they fit perfectly. The new hose screwed on without any issues and now my griddle runs perfect with natural gas. I used a tfe pipe sealing paste rated to 400 degrees on the orifices.

Purchased to convert Blackstone omnivore griddle from propane to natural gas. Everything you need is included. We watched a couple of videos online and was able to install it pretty quickly. We love using our griddle and not having to mess with refilling propane tanks.

This natural gas kit has everything needed to convert your Blackstone Griddle to natural gas, from 2 burner to 4 burner plus a side burner.However, the installation is not so easy because there just isn’t enough room to get a finger & thumb in the hole to start the new orifices. It will be much easier to either remove the panel (if possible) that the gas valves & knobs are attached to, or remove the knobs and gas valve holders in order to easily access the orifices. I was able to remove the whole front panel by removing 4 screws. This was so much easier than following the instructions. Be sure to use 400° thread sealer on the orifices.Other than that, it’s a great kit and best of all, no gas leaks!

The kit is complete to convert the Blackstone propane griddle to natural gas.The instructions are good and it's easy to do. It took only 15 minutes to swap out the propane-size orifices for the natural gas ones. Different sized orifices are provided depending on the BS model you have.The only other change is to swap out the regulator for propane tanks for the large natural gas hose.A must if you're looking for an endless supply of gas for your Blackstone griddle.

Kit arrived ahead of schedule. Easy instructions and I took my time and installation went as planned. I already had pipe dope so I was ready to go. You need very little pipe dope. No leaks and all parts were great quality. Getting the old orifices out took a bit more effort than I expected but I tried not to over force anything so that nothing broke. The new orifices screwed in easily and I tightened them to about a half turn past hand tight.

Product is great quality. Instruction very easy to follow. Basically remove 8 screws, replace 4 for the correct ones and put everything back together. The only problem is when removing the one on the griddle there are a few steps to follow… very important, make sure is not to cold outside. The small brass screw will snap and make your life miserable. Second, if the screw is stuck do not apply to much pressure, place a piece of paper towel around the valve (like a poncho where the screw is) and add a little bit of wd40 to the paper. Let it rest and it will loose the screw. Do not spray in the orifice. Only on the towel paper. Wipe everything after. The problem is the screw sealant is hard and if you apply too much pressure it will break the screw or the valve. The product is good but is missing this info in the instruction. I hope it helps!

This product is great butTAKE YOUR TIME AND GO SLOW! And you will have no problems ! DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!!!!
