Great mouthpiece for a great price. I bought this to go with my Allora plastic trumpet. (I know, I know.) Believe it or not, the plastic trumpet sounds so much like the brass only the hardcore pro's would notice any major differences. However, the plastic mouthpiece that they provided was just not cutting it. It would provide a tone that was much to airy and with that mouthpiece you could definitely tell the trumpet was not metallic. Once I gave it a try with the blessing mouthpiece the tone improved and was more what I was familiar with back when I had my brass trumpet that I unfortunately lost. I was getting the airy tone mainly in the lower registers. This mouthpiece alleviated that problem and also helped my tone. I had played on 7c and 5c back in high school but after doing some research I decided to go with the 3c because I have larger lips...very large. Apparently, the lower the number the deeper the cup. Anyway, it's all personal preference. Find the size you like and buy the Blessing brand with confidence.

I had a 7C mouthpiece before and was having a hard time playing the high notes easily. After switching to 3C, it became much more easy, especially in jazz band. But before you decide to make the switch, make sure that you're using enough air when trying for higher notes because that could just be the problem too. I was very satisfied with this mouthpiece, especially for the price.

My daughter required a larger mouthpiece than the regular trumpet mouthpieces. Thus far, this one works great, sounds great, and has caused no problems. Great for the price.

This piece was purchased as part of a trumpet care kit. My daughter is a beginner player and has some difficulty with this size piece, but she likes it and will get used to it with practice. Well made

Very comfortable to play. Allows a big breath to go into upper register quite easily. I’ve always enjoyed this brand (Schilke) and won’t hesitate to purchase more from this seller!

I was considering buying a Bach trumpet mouthpiece, until I saw the price of Blessing's equivalent model. So, I ordered the Blessing at a substantial savings. I received it yesterday and am very satisfied with my purchase. The quality, feel and performance is the same as a Bach, in my opinion. Bach offers a greater selection of mouthpieces and options, but for a few standard sizes, Blessing is now my preferred choice.

Been playing trumpet all my life and decided to buy a new mouthpiece. I had no idea they were so expensive. The music store wanted $65 for a Bach, so I decided to try this Blessing mouthpiece, which was only $27. For the price, I thought it played pretty well. My Bach is still a better mouthpiece, but this one will do fine for a beginner or as an extra mouthpiece if needed.

My sound has improved with this mouthpiece. It is truly a blessing for me. I love the way that the mouthpiece is constructed. It is aesthetically pleasing. I love the nice heavy weight. I also use a blessing mouthpiece with my flugelhorn. I am very happy with this purchase!
