Unlike unreliable "dimmer switch" controllers with non-linear outputs, the Blichmann Power Controller makes maintaining the perfect boil intensity and heating rate easier and comes in 120V or 240V models. Our tried-and-true Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) method controls the percentage of time heaters are energized over short one-second intervals, making the boiling process gentler on your heater, and eliminating electrical noise.
