I installed this product a few days ago. It does the job of blocking out light well. The product feels pretty well made and sturdy. It’s easy to pull the blinds down then push them back up, and honestly they look great.The install was easy with a power drill for an outside mount. As long as you follow their directions for outside mounting (getting one a couple inches larger than the window width) it will fit perfectly.

Pros: They block the heat very well. 100% better than our old metal blinds. They are easy to install. My husband and I did it together but I could have done it myself. You will need a drill to screw into the wall or wood frame unless you are strong with a screwdriver. They came promptly and in perfect condition. Last year I ordered for another room and there were no instructions, they now come with instructions in each box.. They are contemporary and beautiful. I think they are reasonably priced - I am doing one room at a time as affordable. They stay clean - I have dark brown in one room and they have been up for over a year and are still pristine - they don't seem to collect dust. I highly recommend these blinds.Cons: If you want to get picky, I guess you could say that they only come in two lengths, but that hasn't bothered us at all and you cannot visibly see that they are not custom lengths. The widths are custom.

Installs easily: kids haven't broken it yet.Blocks light almost entirely - works well.Don't lose the hardware because it is *impossible* to get replacement/spare parts. Had to improvise after losing some hardware, myself.

You can see what a difference the shades make in the photo! My windows get full sun, and you can see the side with the shade pulled down is pretty dark. They are lightweight but block the sun and will keep the room cooler. I love that I can push them up, out of the way, with no cords, to enjoy the view and access the deck. Pretty easy to install, these are "outside mount" into a metal frame.

Absolutely the BEST blinds I have ever purchased! (And I’ve purchased MANY!)I live in a 132 year old house with funky sized windows. Many of them are east facing windows that get ‘sun glare’ throughout the morning. I purchased several made to order blackout blinds from this company and installed. The blinds are fabulous! Although they came without instructions, they went up easily and the spring loaded hardware locks the blinds in place much more securely than other blind hardware! Very pleased! They also arrived true to size.

I bought these for each of my kids bedrooms. I love that they have no chords to tangle. The kids love these better than curtains. They feel like they have more privacy from the outside. The older kids got the blackout shades, and I put the light filtering in the nursery. Both are great. They fit perfect.

I purchased a blind based on the positive reviews. The material appears to be fine (for the price) but I had issues installing it. The brackets are not very sturdy and the blind kept popping out. In the end, I drilled a screw directly into the upper bar of the blind. It is unsightly but it does keep the blind secured. It's also hard to push the blind up. I ordered one of the larger units, 67W X 72H and that may be the issue. It was too inconvenient to return it so I will keep it for a short period of time. I will consider other options in the future.
