I really love this blackout cellular shades cordless, it's so easy to install and no screws needed, I just snap it into place and it's good to go. The material is nice and thick, it block out all the light and keep my room cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The honeycomb design is really nice too, it's like a little insulator, it even help reduce the noise from outside. I have it in my bedroom and it's been a game changer, I can finally sleep in without the sun shining in my face. It very functional and practical. Great value for money with the measurements fitting so well and easy to raise it up or down.

INCREDIBLE GIVE ME ONE FOR EVERY WINDOW IN OUR BEDROOMS! no really, I immediately bought another one with my own money after we set this one up. It seems pricey, but it's worth every penny especially if you live in a rental. We put this up in seconds and it's 100% blackout. perfect for a nursery/kid room especially now that it's lighter out past bedtimes!

I recently purchased this blinds and couldn’t be happier with it. The no drill feature is great and makes the installation super easy and quick. No tools necessary. I can definitely see these being used for an apartment. I am using them temporarily, while I decide on a permanent, custom option. They are well made, block out the light, and look decent. I’m not a fan of the plastic housing. If I was going to use this as a permanent fixture, I would also install a valance to hide the plastic. I could have sworn I ordered the 36â€W, but received 27â€W. It could have been my mistake, but due to that and the fact that they require a valance (in my opinion), I deducted a star.

These Homedemo blackout cellular shade installed easily by pressing on the retractable spring tension on the left side and if need, nudging the right side into the window frame and slowly moving upward to line up into position. After aligning to the desired location in the window, insert the provided Allen wrench into the safety lock hole to lock it in place. The shade moves up and down smoothly by gently lifting or lowering the handle on the lower bar. It stays up and maintains that position without dropping downward. The fabric is made of thick polyester that adequately blocks sun light, effectively darkening the room. This is an excellent black out window shade and I would recommend it!

This cordless shade can be mounted with supplied brackets above the window as well as held by tension within the window frame. Although a friction-cap is supplied for the fixed end of the shade, it cannot be used in a minimum-clearance setting (I installed the 23-inch shade inside a 23-inch track opening). Once in place, the tension rod can be locked by twisting a cam with the provided hex wrench. Although it probably could be forced from the frame, the shade feels quite secure enough for normal operation.The shade has a handle on the bottom rail which makes positioning to the desired height easy. The cellular fabric does a good job of blacking-out light, with only a tiny amount seeping from around the sides.Full disclosure: I ordered this Homedemo No Drill No Tools Blackout Cellular Shade through the Amazon Vine program. As a user of the product, I have done my best to provide an honest review.
