I wish I had discovered these years ago. They are the perfect replacement for our old fashioned plantation string operated blinds. The company that made in supplied these double-checked with me twice to make sure that the measurements were right for them to cut it exactly to my windows. I received them and installed them with no problem at all. Easy installation, perfect fit, they do exactly what we hoped. Down. They are so easy to operate without strings hanging all over the place . They look great! In fact, in our window frame when they're up you can hardly tell that they're even there. But they are. And they pull down completely the exact height of our Windows. I have no reason to expect they won't stay as perfect and wonderful 10 years from now. This was a fantastic investment in our bay window windows.

Not as heavy as I'd like and hard to keep the length I want without pulling it all the way down then slowly let it go back up where I need it. Does keep the light out and the size is correct.
