Shades are easy to hang if your window header cooperates and is the same depth across the whole window. These shades block the light fine and seem easy to raise and lower. Our shades are in a guest room and are not raised and lowered daily so their durability has not been tested, tho they do stay at the height they are set. Regarding their insulating properties, one could say perhaps a bit. One of the three shades ordered was not even packed in a box and was naturally destroyed in shipping, necessitating a return and a wait for a replacement. These shades are not inexpensive, so whether they are good value for the money will depend on how well they last and perform over time.

This is my 6th purchase for these blinds. They are way more durable than expected. The first set we bought we put them up in my son’s room. He is very very rough and they have been through some stuff lol. They are still in perfect working order and look as good as the day we bought them,

I needed 33x72 and the web site switched to 32x72 since they were out of the wider size without my realizing it. I went ahead and installed the 32 wide since only half inch on each side vs returning and they are OK. I switched to MYshades since the pair I just bought were out of the 33x72 and these looked exactly the same with same wording on write-ups etc. However these were smaller size honeycombs and the rails are smaller and less sturdy. The brackets are plastic vs metal and the handle much smaller. Overall seem more cheaply made despite same price. I wish I had examined the product more carefully before ordering.

Needed something easy to install and easy to use, since the windows they were going in are higher up. Having two options for installing was sooo helpful and sooooo EASY! They darken the room so nicely and have helped with the heat as well! Great value for the price. Highly recommend.

I bought these for my sons room. They’re easy to use. My 9 year old is able to easily use them himself. They don’t look cheap like some others I’ve seen in stores. Great purchase.
