Your cart is empty.Perennial, climbing herbs. Stems fine, twining, sparsely pubescent, and suberect at the base, 0.5–3 m long. Leaves pinnate with 5 or 7 leaflets; petioles 15–30 mm long; stipules persistent, narrowly triangular, 1–6 mm long, subulate, prominently 3-nerved; rachis 2–14 mm long. Flowers are axillary, single or paired in a raceme, about 40 mm long by 30 mm wide, consisting of a standard, wing petals and a keel; colour ranges from white, mauve, light blue to dark blue. Pods are linear-oblong, flattened, 40–130 × 8–12 mm, with margins thickened, and style persistent, sparsely pubescent when mature, pale brown, dehiscent when dry. Seeds 8–11 per pod, oblong, somewhat flattened, 4.5–7 × 13–4 mm, olive brown to almost black, shiny, often mottled, minutely pitted.

These seeds were advertised as professionally grown but they came in a plain white envelope without any documentation. The seeds looked funny, dry and small, not like other blue pea seeds.Not one germinated. I would suggest that you not purchase anything from this vendor; they are not reputable.

Had a tough time getting these seeds to sprout. Easiest way is to nip them, soak them in a cup of water over night, then put them in a container on a wet paper towel and covered with another wet paper towel for a day or two, then plant the sprouted seed.

I got 10 seeds and only two sprouted. Since I have never grown these plants from seed, I've been anxiously waiting to see them grow. Both plants came from the same set of seeds, but as you can see, only one is looking like a butterfly pea plant whereas the other one seems to be some sort of nightshade or pepper family. I would like a refund or at the very least a new batch of seeds that are all butterfly pea flowers.

None of seeds germinated and I am not new to the game of gardening. I put some in trays to germinate and some direct sow in the same bed as some other peas I have growing. Maybe I got a bad batch. But not one germinated. Sad.

Received in a timely fashion however only two of the Seeds out of the two peep pods germinated very disappointed
