Just finished assembly.Looks like suppliers read all reviews here and fixed all issues.1. Box was securely packed2. All items were in place3. Instruction was in English (however, it doesn't really matter, it's pretty easy to assemble using figures only). Here are my steps and tips for a 6ft model:- You need one strong or two weak adults to assemble;- First assemble metal circle. The tough part is to connect last two pieces together to form a full circle. You need to put construction perpendicular to the ground and use some force for that.- Then put on metal legs. So far you haven't used any single screw or bolt, and you won't for the bottom part (for 6ft model).- Then come springs. Put each 10th spring first, then each 5th, then all the rest in between. Use special provided tool and one of your legs as a solid support to stretch springs. It's a pretty easy task for a strong adult.- The rest of assembly (sticks and net) is easy and straightforward task.Enjoy!

I've assembled a variety of items over the years (furniture, outdoor playsets, exercise equipment, etc.), but positively the WORST assembly directions I've ever encountered were for this trampoline. The directions were not clear at all/extremely frustrating and none of the parts had numbers or letters on them (which would have made it much easier). And it's inexcusable in the year 2023 for the company to not have an easy-to-understand video on YouTube showing you the step-by-step assembly (in comparison, I bought an exercise bike around the same time as the trampoline, and that company had an excellent YouTube assembly video - which was so clear and easy to follow that I didn't even have to consult the actual booklet). Additionally, one of the springs was defective and there is no email or phone # to get in touch with for customer support in case anything goes wrong (from what I understand the company is based in China). All this said, the actual trampoline itself when assembled seems good - my child enjoys it. Would I buy it again or recommend it based on the stinky instructions? I would not.

Assembly was in-depth. You’re not going to rush through this. So be prepared to set some time aside. The design is light weight and provides great quality for its value. It’s functional, and the padding for the springs definitely give me some comfort that the kids will be safe while playing. I would Recommend BlueRise to anyone looking for this type of equipment. The tools provided worked well, however lighten your load with a power tool for the screws.

The design is perfect, assembly was super easy, quality is great. Definitely get your monies worth! I also loved that you could zip it and how it had the padding to keep the kids safe.

This thing was easy to assemble. I built it by myself in am evening with no issues. It takes 2 people to move it. Time will tell how it holds up to the UV from the sun but for now it looks solid. Even though it's rated to 110 lbs, it was able to support my 170 lbs jumping on it.

I chose 6 feet one and it fits in my space. My older son assembled it and I helped him. The directions are straight forward and easy to understand. It’s sturdy and I feel it’s safe when my 9 year old son jumping on it. Overall if you have a space in your yard, I recommend it.

Went together super easy, i kept waiting for an issue to arrise like people I the reviews have claimed but it went together super easy...not one problem.I did notice that the legs can go in backwards if you force them and then the holes won't line up.If you use common sense and don't just force things together with a mallet you should be fine!*When you put the springs on, start with one spring on one side and then do one spring on the opposite side. Then go half way between those two and put a spring there and then the opposite side again, keep doing it like that evenly and it will be much less of a pain :)
