My buddy gave me some brand new sonance outdoor speakers. I was going to use them indoor as presence speakers but noticed the output and ohm rating were different than my receiver.I decided for $0.18 I couldn’t go wrong. (Used my Amazon points). Anyways, I was shocked after I assembled and wired this amp board up. The speakers sound perfect with no harshness or dropping out. I opted to go with a 24v 6ah power supply to get the full potential. My buddy who gave them to me was shocked by the clarity and the sound the little board produces. It syncs up immediately with the Bluetooth on my iPhone so I’m able to play Pandora outside with crisp clear sound. Can’t wait to buy the buriable bass channel. If it delivers the way the other two channels do then my bass will be digging deep outside too.

Works good for the money, but the only way to turn it off is to unplug the power supply

The amp in my Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 THX speakers gave out and rather than throw out perfectly good speakers, I purchased this unit along with a power supply for a fraction of the cost of a new desktop setup. Super easy to hook my subwoofer and desktop speakers to this unit and the sound is incredible. In fact, it is much richer and has more fullness than the original Klipsch amp. Definitely a good purchase.

I've purchased 2 of these so far, both work great. Sound good and clean using both Skar and Kicker brand car speakers. Bluetooth connects easy and has good range, even when mounted inside of a metal ammo box speaker. No complaints, am about to buy another one. One note, the Bluetooth is an unsecured connection, so anyone can connect without a password, but once you connect your device to it, if someone else trys to connect, you will get a message requesting to release the connection to another device, on your device.

Changed out another amplifier that used the same TPA3116D2 amplifier chip with this amp using the same bookshelf speakers. The improvement in the sound quality is significant, especially the base response. Running the amp with 12 volts, which gives about a 30 watt output on the stereo speakers.

The only assembly requires attaching covers on the circuit board for isolation and structural rigidity. The screws are tiny so it was a bonus the seller provided an extra screw. Yes, I dropped one but found it two days later. The first amplifier I purchased had a dead right channel. I contacted the seller and within very few days had a replacement. (Intentionally I didn't inspect the circuit board for obvious signs of "cold" solder joints or visible damage.) This amplifier has amazingly good sound for the price. In my case, I use it to power a portable announcing system so did not require concert hall fidelity. It cannot be compared to my Bose portable amplifier, and to do so, would be unfair. I used an off-the-shelf pre-amplifier chip to provide a Mic -In modification to the AUX port. It works great. Highly recommended!

I'm not sure if the problem is the unit I received has the wrong capacitor or the wrong offsets. I've included an image that shows two problem points. The first shows that the top panel does not have clearance because of the size of the capacitor on the main board. There is a gap of about 3mm between the bottom of the plate and the top of the offset. The second much more minor problem is at the bottom corner where the power barrel input is located. The pins through the main board are longer than the small offsets provided there preventing the bottom plate cover from fully seating in place. Now, does any of this prevent this unit from working? I really don't know because I won't be using it for the application I need it for because of the quality control issues and build quality.
