I have a mustang t5 which I swapped a Camaro top plate and Camaro tail shaft housing into and I needed a Speedo block off plate for the Camaro tail shaft housing. Sadly, this did not fit. It fit perfectly in the hole and the oring feels like it seats nicely but the screw hole doesn't line up. Sad because the part seems to be of great quality, just not enough description for me to see it wouldn't fit my car. Hopefully this review helps others in the future.

didn't want to spend this amount on a plug that won't be seen but it did the job and ya gotta have it, a cup plug is 1/2 the price but pretty lame a cup plug is 15 bucks, buy something nice like this

I installed a Dakota Digital instrument panel with GPS speedometer in my 1966 Ford Fairlane. Then swapped the transmission to a T5z. Had no need for a Speedo cable and this little jewel done a great job sealing off the hole that the cable would normally go in. Easy to install and seals well.

Good product. Well made and the o-ring is a good quality. Although not listed, it did fit my Borg Warner Super T-10 with respect the the main hole but the little hole to hold in place did not line up and was too short. I was able to use the OEM clamp bracket though to press down on it and hold it in place.

Purchased this to plug the Speedo port in a FMX transmission. Fit perfectly. I only needed to drill the bolt hole bigger to make a 5/16 bolt pass through the blind hole.

The part attachment tab does not come close to lining up to allow proper installation. I had to source an oversized fender washer to put into the mount hole with my original bolt, twist the tab "out of the way" where it could not easily slip from under the fender washer and secure it that way. The attach tab does not work. I had to adapt the part for it to be or any use to me. I will have to try it that way and hope the fix I made is adequate to keep the transmission sealed and prevent leakage. Not pleased with the part. My transmission (TH350 which this is supposed to fit) had been rebuilt and has the proper tail shaft housing so the part should have fit!
