I own two of the xl grey bags and they are great. Bought them to upgrade from the bags provided by my catering company and the quality is much better. Sturdy walls, strong carrying straps, decent zipper. Fits 4-5 full size trays (stacked), Medium trays can sometimes fit stacked 2*2. Insulation is solid so far and no peeling yet.

This thing is great. I sturdied up the bottom and sides with corplast and its really solid now. If you don't have corplast laying around, I imagine heavy cardboard would do. Now, if you wanted the Rolls-Royce of delivery bags, go get yourself a sheet of 1/8" plywood and cut it to fit the interior of your bag. Noice!

I buy food at restaurants, but sometimes, I don't eat the food until an hour later. I was thinking about getting an electric warmer bag but that basically slowly cooks your food and is a fire hazard and is heavy and is expensive. I see this Bodaon Insulated bag and wasn't expected much since I will just return it if it doesn't do its job. Boy, was I wrong, this product is excellent. If you put hot food in this bag, then open it up an hour later, you will see steam coming out, so you know that the food is still warm. I also use this bag for frozen items from the grocery store. I have a bunch of ice packs, so I throw them in the bag, and the items will be kept frozen for longer. If you are a delivery driver and want an affordable bag, then definitely get this if you want more tips.

Easy to use and allows you to pack alot of food up. Zipper moves fluidly and it I'd easy to clean. It isn't the most sturdy bag without something hard in the bottom and/or sides. I've used cardboard to stiffen it up and that has worked well.

Overall, the product for it's price point is a good deal. I wish it was less flimsy however then it wouldn't be foldable. When opened it wants to fold in on itself until you fill it with food.It dopes however conduct heat very well! Food stayed piping hot after a 15 minute drive.
