I've been using this bag regularly for the last couple of months for food delivery, and the quality you get for $12 is wild. While it's pretty large for a general use bag, it comes in so incredibly handy for transporting several orders at once, catering type orders, or for holding perishable groceries. It has a ton of room and keeps things hot/cold for a good amount of time. Maybe too soon to tell how durable it is, but after several dozen uses it's still like new. The zippers feel sturdy and work great, same with the handles, and I imagine it will last a long time. I've already looked into upgrading my pizza bag and the small tote that you get from Doordash, but see no good reason to replace this.While it is a great bag and an even better value, it's not perfect. The insulation is pretty thin, and the bag doesn't have very much structural integrity. So if there's not much in the bag, only one side is filled, etc. it can feel awkward to carry and not insulate as well. Definitely not a dealbreaker though, and I'd absolutely recommend this bag to anyone.

Got this as a gift for someone who recently got a "pizza carrier" for a recumbent trike. We recently got together and they brought a couple of pizza's. The bag kept them warm, and it had plenty of capacity for the pizzas. Seems to be well made.

I must admit I was really surprised at how well this bag workedIt was 31° outside when I stepped out of the pizza shop walked to my car and stuck Pizza box into the insulated bagI drove about 15 minutes to get home and when I opened the bag and reached inside to grab the box, I could feel the heat just pouring out of the bagIt was like I never left the pizza shop. The temperature was almost exactly the same as when I got it.I also like the fact that it was Velcro and not a zipper to seal the bagI usually order pizza about twice a month in the winter time and by the time I get home, it’s always lukewarm. Not anymore with this bag I can order pizza all year round and have it fresh and piping hot. Just the way I like it.Highly recommend it if you like your pizza hot when you get home

I ordered this bag again because this first one is being used for part time work. I actually liked it so much I bought another one for personal use. This bag is great as it’s durable, sturdy, and keeps any product hot or cold. The insulation is great with a large storage capacity. I would definitely recommend this bag!!

Works great, heavy, nice bag. I use it for pizza deliveries, keeps the food warm. However, the handles are way too long. I may cut them & sew them shorter to make it more useable.

Used it maybe 3 times and the stitching in the corner is already falling apart at the zipper and sides.
