Total quality heavy duty item. It has a heating element. I did not find another one that did. I made two stops at two restaurants. The bag is larger enough for multi meals. The Chinese food and a large baked potato were piping hot. Rice was still moist. ALL of the dishes were hot and fresh. I placed the food in the bag resting on the element. Why would anyone delivering food for a living not have this bag. My husband uses a walker and navigating many restaurants can be daunting. Take out has now become doable. Perfect for taking a dish to a friend’s house with no need to warm up on arrival. Lining is also easily wipeable. Carry handles are strong.

It’s great for size and will keep hot food hot for a hour or so but the plug in keeps shorting out in my van. Sucks I cook for the homeless and sometimes I can’t heat the food before handing it out. Otherwise it’s great. Previously 3 stars, changed to 5! Customer service took great care of the situation and made everything right, very happy now the food stays hot and everyone is happy!

I transport burritos wrapped in foil and it does the trick. I preheat the bag at home with a car to wall plug in converter, and then I load the burritos into the bag, directly over the heating pad.The burritos stay nice and hot for about 4 hours. After that, they're only warm enough to eat.Considering I had to buy an extra electricity plug in to make this work for me I will rate it a 4.5 out of 5.I do recommend the bag since it works okay but, I'd say to anyone to be prepared to invest more or take the risk of your food not staying hot enough for a long time.Good luck.

9-16-24 UPDATE: AUGUST 2024 I began receiving multiple emails DAILY from the seller begging or demanding that I delete my review. Even to the point of trying to bribe me with gift cards or a $50 PayPal settlement. Sellers attempting to buy or alter reviews is against Amazon’s policy. My honest review still stands. I’ve reported it to Amazon but nothing has been done yet. They are working on the problem. The FIRE HAZARD product still needs to be recalled! Both my car’s cigarette lighter power ports no longer work and I can’t afford to get them fixed. This could’ve caused a fire, but I was able to unplug it the second I smelled smoke.I’ve used this bag for a few months. It heated up quickly and kept food piping hot even, to my most distant customers. But the plug on the end of the cord is DANGEROUS!! I bought this early in 2023, and by May 2023, it had shorted out one of my cigarette lighter outlets in my car. The little red cap on the end of plug came loose and got lost somewhere, but it seemed to still work when I switched to the other cigarette lighter outlet and it continued working for about a month longer, until the little metal tip on it came loose and shorted that outlet as well. I looked and noticed the metal tip had completely come off and was loose in my lighter outlet and melted the plastic where it used to be attached. So now every cigarette lighter outlet in my car is shorted out $$$ and I no longer have a bag that keeps food hot on long distance runs. If I can get my outlets fixed, I won’t be using this bag (obviously), or the 2nd bag I bought as a backup unless I can get a replacement cord with a plug that won’t come apart! I suppose I’m lucky it didn’t start a fire in my car! I still use the bag but I can’t plug it in. It’s a good bag, perfect size, durable material, but a terrible construction on the plug.

I have been using this bag for DoorDash and have experienced a couple of problems with the bag. First the plug kept coming loose from the lighter socket every time I hit a bump or turned q corner then the cord would no loner release ad became stuck, so I couldn't disconnect it from the socket without pulling it out and having to carry the entire cord with me on deliveries which I find irritating, and now the bag has stopped heating so it's just an unheated catering bag which I have 2 other bags that aren't heated. I've tried to pry the cord apart but no luck. I have purchased another heating element and with a better cord design, and plan on doing surgery on the bag to install it and remove the non-working element. I have owned this bag since March 12, 2024, and it broke November 8, 2024, I was hoping it would last at least a year. The zippers are also annoying on this bag, I need 2 hands to open and close and have to set my phone down. i with they used Velcro closures. I want a heated bag because a get deliveries up to 25 minutes from the restaurant of a frequent basis, and I want to provide the best experience for the customer in order to protect my ratings.My original review below. This bag is very well constructed, and the heater puts out just enough heat to keep your orders warm on your way to a delivery. It also doesn't put too much drain on the battery on my 2020 Hyundai Tucson. The bag is very well insulated, and the zipper is top quality, I can zip/unzip it one with one hand most of the time if a have my phone in the other hand. The bag can be used upright for takeaway and on it's side for pizzas, and will hold 7 large 14 inch pizzas or 6 pizzas and breadsticks. It's easy to disconnect the bag and carry your order to the door in the bag as well. The bag keeps its shape and can easily protect you from dropping the food, just use the shoulder strap and tote multiple bags all in one trip without incident. There is only one small flaw with the bag in my opinion, I had to punch a hole in the side of the bag in order to feed the electric cord through, otherwise one of the zippers would be blocked from use to make the bag or difficult to open. The cord was too short to feed it through the side of the bag. There is a simple-to-use connector on the cord that snaps into place when you plug it in and a power button that lights up.

Very big in a smaller size vehicle. Can not use anything else in the multiuse plug except this. Keeps food hot. Convenient carry handles.
