I used this bag to carry casseroles to Thanksgiving Dinner. With a few hot packs, I was able to drive 1/2 hour to dinner and still have the casseroles hot upon arrival. I liked that the straps were strong enough to lift and carry the weight.

I purchased this for a manageable-sized food-delivery bag as I do DoorDash on the side. This is my go-to food delivery bag. Many of my delivery pick-ups (single orders) typically fit in the bag. I've also fit double orders in it just fine.I also have the bag from the same company that is one size larger and it's enormous. But it's a great bag as well and also very durable.Both bags do very well at keeping the food at the temperature it was when I picked it up. Mostly used for hot-food items, and despite having some 15-20 minute drive deliveries, when I open the bag upon delivery to the customer, the bag/box feels just as warm as it was when I put it into the bag(s) at pick-up! I highly recommend both bags!I also bring both delivery bags with me to the grocery store. Once I get the groceries back in my car, I load them up with my groceries to bring them inside. Saves me several trips to and from my car!

I got the bag that I hoped would fit on the floor of my passenger side, and it does! I delivery drive for a living and this one is a nice little upgrade. I’ve got it set up where the lid opens on the top and I can fit 2 large paper bag sized orders in it at once then close the top over it. I don’t mess with the zipper or anything, that would be too fussy. The one thing I’d like to see for this item is a better ability to be stiff. It comes folded up like origami and now it kind of wants to slump back along all the fold lines. Maybe I can build a little framework for it or something, but it would be nice if it had a flexible endoskeleton that helped it stay in shape.

The product is a good medium between the ultra huge bags and just your run of the mill pizza bag. Its kept my warm products warm and the cold products cold. It’s a bit flimsy and likes to fold in on itself but when making deliveries, I just sit it in the back floorboard and can easily get the food in and out.

We recently picked up food from a restaurant and had an hr. drive ahead of us. We used this bag and couldn't believe how hot the food was when we got home. I highly recommend this insulated bag.
