I actually had a similar product twenty five years ago. I used it all the time but as the years went by I moved on to "bigger and better" equipment ,or so I thought. I missed the workout and stretch that machine afforded me. As I'm older and feel that my body and muscles are shrinking, I decided to get another rhythm piece of equipment. I love it. It's like getting a total muscle and back stretch without any effort.

THE DIRECTIONS ARE VERY VAGUE BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAVE A PICTURE BUT IT IS EASY ENOUGH TO ASSEMBLE AND WORKS.........PROVIDING YOU USE IT ON A REGULAR BASIS.

This will give you a good overall workout. It helps loosen up my back and tighten my core. I would have given this a higher mark but there are no instructions and for me an older fellow, it is difficult to extricate yourself from.

As another reviewer mentioned, I also had an issue with one end not being correctly crimped and no way to fix it due to the bands being cut short because they typically pull them through, crimp both ends (or at least SUPPOSE TO) and then trim the excess. So even if you try to fix it yourself, you can't due to the bands being trimmed. And good luck trying to find a way to get in touch with the seller in China. BEWARE and be prepared to receive a product with typical poor product quality assurance from a Chinese company. This makes now 2 people who have bothered to review this product with the same crimping issue.

Product arrived as scheduled. Removed from packaging and proceeded to finish assembly. Everything was fine until it came to attach the four elastic bands to the base. Discovered that two of the elastic bands had one end that the ferrule had not been crimped. Upon stretching one to attach to the bar it came apart. The crimped ferrule is what keeps everything together. Bad QA process.

I read another review and it made me decide to buy this one over other choices. After using it a few days, I can see the difference is obvious. I’ve made the right choice. It’s sturdy and easy to assemble. The exercise movements are fluid and smooth. I can easily stretch my back and work out my abs at the same time. It’s really great. And it doesn’t take much space, it also quickly folds up and be placed in storage. But if you plan to get the benefits, keep it out and use it twice daily.

I first purchased the Backlounge Inversion Bench (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09NSZB211?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) - quite liked it and wrote a positive review.  Then I found this new item and being familiar with the function of this type device, thought I would like it more.I was right.  It's similar but better for me in several ways. I am 77 years old, 5'4, and 150 lbs. * Much easier to take down to store and then set back up.* The four rubber tension cords are much easier to stretch into place.  The Backlounge has a single cord that I find difficult to pull and hook into place.* The solid bar at the top you can reach up and pull is much better than the piece of fabric to grab in the Backlounge.* More comfortable to lay in without the hard rubber rollers.* Much easier to mount and dismount. Have to be careful with the Backlounge or you could hurt yourself. * Foot rest can be extended. Backlounge is fixed, fits my frame but doubt it would if you were shorter or taller.  * Better Ab workout. It takes more effort to bend back and return. In my opinion it's best in class for this type device. Stretch and work your abs in comfort without laying on the ground.
