I love the simplicity of this inversion tool and its functionality and comfort to use. It’s a great value for money! 5 stars for sure!

Bought it for my son, ended up using it for my lower back stretching (I weight 190s), the metal structure is strong, but the foot grippers split into two after few times of hanging.

Hanging upside-down to put spine in traction. These have the best method of any I've found to mount dismount because you use your arms. Not good for active exercise without something locking the hook on your crossbar. Hook works on max 2" diameter bar. Well built, well coated, strong. When you dismount, hold something, stay squatted and clench your abdominal for 10 seconds so you don't get dizzy.Big deal: you need to keep your feet/ankles flexed (the position they're in while standing normally) if you use as directed because these will squeeze in on your Achilles tendon. If you mount in reverse, they squeeze on your lower shin. Try both and see. If hanging for time, active max effort wasn't what I needed but the other way works great.

Attached it to my pullup bar at home. Very sturdy product. Excellent design. I specifically like the part where it secures your feet is a little curved inward, so it gives more support. The first time I used it, I was a little afraid, but after the second try, it worked out perfectly. You just need to completely rely on the device with your entire body weight. I installed two stretching loop strings on the two sides of the pullup bar to stabilize my position when I am inverted. Very excellent product!

The foam rollers deform too much to hold you comfortably. It squeezes tighter the more you pull down but it was too painful for me.

Only design improvement I could suggest is separate each ankle attachment, so it doesn't slightly block the second ankle from sliding in

Heavy well made and is as pictured. The amount of parts/pieces was intimidating and extinguished my excitement lessening the urgency/commitment. Daily "to do" list remains a distraction and I've yet to use it, however; writing this review is motivating, embarrassing and NEEDS follow through! I'll update this review with photos and experiential details when completed.
