I wasn't sure at first- it's smaller than the one I had used previously in class and there wasn't a 'pin' to keep it opened up in place. However, I set it up and I love it. being closer to the ground has been an advantage because it better emulates a head or handstand from the ground. It feels more natural, but in when I push or kick up and when I'm in the inversion. Being a little smaller and lower will allow me to even possibly use the floor to support my inversion (as opposed to the handles). No regrets! Feels plenty sturdy- my husband who is 225 used it and it seemed solid, as well.

I’m in shape. I’m male. I can do pull ups and run a half marathon in 2 hours. I’ve dabbled in yoga. Always wanted to be able to do a handstand. I’m on the upside of 40. I wanted help with this handstand thing. I have used this a couple times now and o think it will help with my goal. If I get to the hand stand il update. But for now I was able to invert first try on this.

Nice one for headstands or other stretches . Came with a poster to see what poses and exercise can be done with this product. Might need a non slippery ground as the suctions underneath came a bit loose and requires time to flatten out.Folds very easily when lifting up, which may not be the best thing but it does the job

Silly. I didn’t feel like it compared to a handstand

This is great for beginners! I am 42 and this thing is helping me get at limber as I was at 24
