This is well-made, has a good design, and very sturdy. I felt comfortable trying my headstand on it. It could use more padding for the shoulders, but I am very pleased, and the price was affordable. It's a great way to start my day!

After some research I chose this inversion bench because it has handles which is helpful for getting up and down and because it folds and takes up less space. After ordering it and trying it several times I’m very happy with it. It’s very sturdy and looks like good construction and the padding is comfortable on my shoulders. For the first time I was able to come out of a “headstand†and not feel compression or my neck or neck pain.Iyengar called the headstand the “king of yoga poses†although it has been shown to be very risky for the C spine and neck. This bench solves the problem and gives you the benefits of inversions without the risks.I would recommend this highly. The only feedback I would give to the seller is to hire a native English speaker to edit the description and instructions- with Upwork and easy freelancers nowadays why settle for broken English in your communications? Thanks for making a great product that will help make yoga safer and more accessible!

Super stable, which makes this uncoordinated person able to do hand stands on a daily basis. I also love that it easily converts to a stool when not in use.

My teacher has a headstand bench that he suggested I try to do Sirasana B, which has been problematic for me. It worked really well. Since I do most of my practice at home, I wanted a bench I could use at home. However, I didn’t want to spend as much as my teacher’s bench cost. I decided to try this one. This bench comes basically assembled. You just have to figure out how to unfold it, which was a little trickier than I expected. It’s supposed to be easy to fold for storage, but it would take a bit of work, so mine is staying up. It’s definitely sturdy. It’s cushioned nicely. It helps with headstand. No strain at all. My main complaint is that the head opening is too wide, which causes me some discomfort. However, it’s worked well to help me in Sirasana B. I can now come down halfway without the headstand bench. I haven’t quit using the bench, though. I just like the relaxed feel of doing headstands with the bench. So, I use the bench after doing the headstand in my practice and I use the bench on days I’m not doing my practice. Yes, it has room for improvement, but it’s a good buy for the price.

I ordered this after seeing a Facebook video of one of my friends randomly doing a workout on a yoga stool. I was so impressed I looked into the benefits and immediately started searching for the cheapest thing I could find. This is great. Easy to put together and all my kids take turns on it. I have been suffering from chronic lyme disease and didn't think I'd be able to wrap my hands around the legs to get myself up because of all the joint pain. Surprisingly it's very easy to hoist your legs up and a lot less effort than I thought to stay up. Since then I've had a lot of relief from tapee tea and now I can stay on this stool as long as I want. Could only do about 10 seconds at first now I can be up there a couple minutes and move my legs all around. Starting to get used to watching TV upside down.

Well made! Took some time to learn how to use it but it’s very easy, once you get the hang of it.

I am 74 and I’ve been doing unassisted yoga headstands for decades. Due to a shoulder injury 6 months ago I am no longer able to do them without help. This is the perfect device for doing headstands. No strain on my neck and I can remain inverted much longer. It’s very sturdy, stable, and the cushions are comfortable.Great price. Its metal and believe it will last a long time.I highly recommend it.

My chiropractor has the FeetUp bench, and I have used that to get lower-back relief. Since I cannot afford the more-expensive bench, I got this one to start getting relief.Instead… I got more injuries. So… the handles for the bench angle INWARD — toward the center of the chair — which means that your wrists will TWIST in the headstand position.(The FeetUp bench has handle bars that run parallel to each other. No wrist torsion.)This would have been okay in and of itself, but I have carpal tunnel and other wrist injuries. The first time I inverted, I felt something pull in my left wrist and palm.Additionally… there is more weight on my neck and shoulders than on the FeetUp bench… so my lower back doesn’t get the same release of pressure — it gets no release at all — and I am just getting blood flow to the brain. There is nothing wrong with that… it’s just not what I paid for. I do not know if anyone smaller than 200 lbs (5’10â€) has a similar story, but buyer beware…

I have been using this stool for over a year. I love how it compacts down so I can put it under my bed when not in use. The vinyl cover on top surface you rest your shoulders on is still looking good and the foam underneath is holding up. I use my stool once a week. Very happy with this find!

This item is very sturdy, made as one piece. I bought it because it is made of metal frame and it is collapsible. I don't have a lot of storage space so being able to fold it was a significant bonus. Also really like the suction cups on the bottom, makes it very secure. Compared to other benches with wooden frame, this bench offers handles that are very easy to hold onto. I also got FeetUp trainer, but I prefer this metal one much better. Giving it five stars and will highly recommend it.

Resistente, práctico y cómodo. Me parece un poco elevado el precio pero no hay más opciones.
