Surprisingly this hasn't broke as I had this equipment for around a year now. This is sturdy and holds my 200lb frame, just remember not to hang to long. This is great for my back, this is not medical advice, but this works for me

Good quality and comfortable fit. Also, best price I could find for these.

It might just be me, but I experienced a bit of difficulty hanging on the bar if both boots are not hooked up simultaneously. The angle of the hooks seems marginally different from the boots I’ve used in the past.I would advise against using these boots for abdominal crunches, as that has a high likelihood of earning you a top spot in one of the fail compilation videos. Instead, use this as a tool for back traction, especially after heavy workouts and long periods of sitting. However, this inversion method shares the same issue as inversion tables – you experience too much blood rush to your head, and if you suffer from elevated blood pressure, you really need to be careful using these and check with your doctor first, as it’s not as benign as it may seem at first.Personally, I’m debating between using these or ordering a separate inversion table because an inversion table offers different angles, while these boots are quite aggressive, with the only position being fully straight down. The included strap is too weak to be useful for anything, as it has no grip; you will need a better strap if you can’t lift yourself up without one.Overall, not a bad product, but it looks pretty basic, feels bulky and not overly exciting in terms of design and materials used – some pieces of foam are already missing after just a few uses.
