These boots have a cutout where the foot rests in the front so that only foam touches the foot. Good design, you won't need shoes or socks, solid product at a real good price, Thanks

Uso botas de inversión porque tengo problemas de columna. estas botas son sólidas, pero estrechas. peso poco y soy mujer; aún asÃ, las sentà un poco apretadas. ya se verá si se ablanda el hule espuma con el uso.

These Inversion boots have very squishy blue foam; unfortunately I had to return 1st pair cause the foam split on both boots in the front from one use; amazon sent a 2nd pair and darn it...happened again but not as bad because before using I put strong tape on the front of each boot on the foam and it has mitigated further splitting. I don't weigh very much so it surprised me that this product would do this. I imagine it happening to others so forewarned if you buy. I like decompressing and for now these boots will work okay.
