This is a well-thought-out product. It even has a little safety feature to keep the latch from accidentally being kicked open. The padding is very comfortable and you can tell that it is made with good material and strong steel for the hooks.

I always stretch before I workout. As someone who is aging and has experienced back issues for a long time, these have helped immensely. They take up far less space than an inversion table and have helped me reach a further stretch very quickly. They only slight downfall is they get a little uncomfortable in the front when you hang for long periods. It might help if I used socks, but I don't. Definitely a good purchase. The pros far outweigh the small con.

Held a 320lb buddy of mine. Super high quality, easily worth 100.00 or more. The price is incredible.The owner of the gym I work out at said he hasn't seen a pair that good in his life. These do exactly what they are supposed to do. I don't use them much because my bar is 2" in diameter and these are designed for a 1" diameter bar, so it takes focus to keep them securely attached. But that's a lack of foresight on my part, not a product deficiency.

Boots are not identical - one has much less padding than the other, so that the hook presses uncomfortably against the top or talus of my foot. Wearing an extra thick sock doesn't really help.

Heavy duty, i hang upside down with them. Their pretty snug, but if i needed to i could probably slip out of them.
