Great build quality - all the metal bars are heavy and solid. I feel safe inverting without worrying about falling. Assembly was not too difficult but fyi all the screws are lubricated so my hands got a little greasy. The heated massage pad is a unique addition and feels quite nice. I also love the black and red faux leather; it looks very sporty.

The instructions were very easy to follow and the build quality is nice and sturdy. I really like the features that secures your ankles in place so you feel very secured to the machine. I also like how it can be folded up flat to put up against a walk when you aren’t using it. The heated pad/massager is also relaxing and makes being inverted more tolerable. It’s actually a quite pleasant experience!

For the past 10 years I have had a "desk job" that doesn't offer me a chance to move around a lot during my shifts. I had developed a bit of a pinched nerve that was causing my upper legs to tingle and burn a little. I decided to try this inversion table to see if it would alleviate the pressure on that nerve. It comes boxed so there will be some assembly, but I did not find it particularly difficult. The instructions had very clear illustrations and it provided all the tools needed (although I would recommend getting a socket wrench to save your wrist). I was able to have it set up in just over an hour. As far as how it works, I did a 10 minute session at about 45 degrees and OH MY GOD!!!!! The pain in my legs instantly disappeared once I went past vertical. As I was able to relax there was some light popping in some of my vertebrae and all the stiffness went away. After I got off the table, the relief lasted several hours until I went to bed, and I slept better than I have in years. There are more expensive tables out there, but I don't know if you can get any better results.

The value for this you can't beat. It was not the lease expensive but not the most. However it' very comfortable to use and the heat pad is a great addition. I'm 6' 0" 245lb and it seems as if it can handle much more. Takes a little time to put together, however it is very simple and everything lined up perfectly. Take up a good amount of space when in use so make sure you have the space in which to operate. Would buy again!

Bought as a gift for my husband and he loves it, uses it daily . Very sturdy and safe. We assembled it together and took us about an hour. We set aside 2 hours as suggested but didn’t take us that long. Once it’s together, it works perfectly. My husband is 6 ft tall over 200 pounds and holds him no problem. Very sturdy and safe

At first, I was terrified to get on it. But now that I’m used to it, I love it. Feels really good. I have a blast watching my friends try it. My friend likes the massage and heat. Sure beats hanging from a bar with hooks around your ankles. Lol

I have sciatic nerve pain and a pinched nerve in my neck. I was hoping this would help. It did. My back was hurting and my nerve was aggravated so I decided to give it a try. I love it! It helped out tremendously. The vibration is awesome, you can actually feel the intensity as well as the heat. It's very comfortable to lie in. It has several different height settings which is a plus so my hunni can get on it. My neighbor had back pain she came over and jumped on it. She felt instant relief.
