Received a mat instead of the myotrak at first. Reached out to seller and they immediately ordered the correct item. Delivery took awhile do to xmas season, but arrived before Xmas. This is an excellent product to release back muscle. Yes, you have that ouch moment, but when your muscles release and relax it’s wonderful. Currently using on the floor have not installed it on my inversion table yet.

The product doesn't help much. I was expecting this product to help relieve tension in my upper back and help stretch my neck. So far it's not doing either

I could not get this product to ever feel like it was putting pressure evenly bilateral. It is meant to be stiff and acupuncture-like, but it was extremely uncomfortable
