I bought this inversion table due to chronic problems with back and nerve pain and herniations, 4 herniations in the last 3 years, and I needed something that could help decompress the spine and help my back naturally heal as I can't continue to have surgeries! You can read all the research online on how inversion tables help to decompress the spine and gives the body the chance and ability to naturally heal without the need for surgery and this inversion table is helping me so much in the short time that I have had it!To begin with, the inversion table shipping box is a bit heavy so it would be helpful if two people were to help but it can be done with 1, I did it myself. There are a lot of parts to assemble, you can check my attached pictures, but it is an incredibly easy build and the directions are VERY detailed and thorough and the bolts and washers are labeled based on the step so you know which parts need to be used. It also comes with an Allen key and 2 wrenches to build the inversion table so they provide the tools! Assembly took me about 30 minutes and is very simple.Once assembled, the inversion table is very easy to use and this specific inversion table is amazing because it comes with the heating and massaging element which is incredibly helpful. I like locking the inversion table so it wont tilt backwards and turning the heating element on so my back can warm up before I do the inversion therapy. Once I am inverted, this inversion table does an amazing job with holding you very firmly and securely by the ankles and allows your back to decompress and open up. The grab handles are very large and make it very easy to grab them, even once inverted, and come back up. Make sure to come up and go down very slowly so your body is able to adjust to the inversion and you won't get a headache with the blood rushing.Overall, this is an amazing inversion table and I have been using it twice daily for a few minutes to help my back and it already feels lighter and the pain has subsided a bit as well. I would highly recommend this inversion table as it cheaper than any commercial inversion table you can find online and it is well crafted and designed. Not to mention the heating and massaging element is helpful as well!

I've been wanting to buy an inversion table for years because I've always had back pain, but I kept putting it off since I thought it was a bit expensive and wasn't sure if it would actually work. Recently, my back pain got worse, along with neck pain, so when I saw this one on sale, I decided to finally give it a try.The assembly was a little tricky, but the instructions were clear, and there is a helpful video to follow.After trying it out, I can definitely feel that it helps relieve tension in my back muscles. The heat and massage functions are also a great bonus — very relaxing.One thing to note for anyone who hasn't used an inversion table before: at first, you might feel some pressure in your head due to the blood flow, which is completely normal for someone without inversion experience. After using it for a few days, that sensation got much better.

I bought this table for my husband because he has been having back pain for years. It came in a box with all the parts and clear instructions for assembly. It took me about an hour to put it all together. This table has 4 adjustable levels, accommodates people between 4’9†and 6’3â€, is easy to use, safe, and very sturdy.

It's had back pain for some time now and this inversion table came highly recommended. So far, It has help with my lower pack pain at the fraction of what I paid for a chiropractor. The box came well packed and within a few days. It took me some time to put everything together, but the instructions were easy to follow. The time was due to the build quality of the individual pieces and how sturdy the table is. The padding is soft and the actual inversion is easy to do with the remote. You will definitely feel you spine extend if you use it consistently. If you have lower back pain, you will love this table.

Vor drei Tagen bestellt und heute angekommen: Teile waren alle sehr gut verpackt. Habe die Bank dann innerhalb 40 Minuten aufgebaut. Ist wirklich idiotensicher illustriert. Zur Bank: ich bin 1,93 groß und 115 Kilo schwer, trainiert, weshalb ich erst bisschen Bedenken hatte ob das Ding hält. Aber die Bank ist wirklich stabil, nichts wackelt und ich habe ein sicheres Gefühl, auch wenn ich komplett nach unten aushänge. Durch jahrzehntelanges Training habe ich ständig irgendwelche Verspannungen in der BWS und LWS. Ich hatte mir oft gedacht , dass ich einfach mal auf ne Streckbank müsste. Aber da es so etwas leider seit dem Mittelalter nicht mehr gibt, hab ich mir die Inversionsbank bestellt. Heute der erste Test und ich fühle mich wirklich schon ein bisschen entspannter.Nach 2 Wochen: Ich habe das Fußpolster mit einer Matte verstärkt. Jetzt ist es wesentlich angenehmer. Der anfängliche Schwindel hat sich auch komplett eingestellt. Mittlerweile hänge ich länger und empfinde es als angenehm für die LWS leicht hin und her zu pendeln.

Die Qualität der Inversionsbank ist sehr gut. Saubere Schweißnähte und keine Kratzer am Lack, da alles sehr gut verpackt war. Der Bezug stinkt auch nicht, wie manche das von anderen Inversionsbänken geschildert haben. Die runden Fußpolster (oben wie unten) haben einen recht angenehmen Druck auf Spann und Achillesferse.1 Punkt Abzug, da keine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung dabei war (nur in Englisch). Zwar kommt man mit den Bildern beim aufbauen klar, doch müssen laut EU-Recht, in dem Land wo etwas verkauft wird, auch die Beschreibungen in der entsprechenden Sprache mitgeliefert werden. Zumal dort wichtige Hinweise drinstehen, die man unbedingt beachten muss, weil man sich sonst schwer verletzen könnte. Verletzungen bis hin zum Tod steht da in Englisch drin. Wer kein Englisch kann, wird die Warnhinweise alle nicht lesen können. Ich finde an dem Gerät auch kein CE-Kennzeichen oder ein Prüfzeichen von TÜV oder Dekra oder sowas wie „GS-geprüfte Sicherheit“. Keine Ahnung, ob das bei anderen Geräten auch so läuft. Aber deutsche Hersteller dürften sowas nicht in Deutschland in den Verkehr bringen. Wer technisch versiert ist, kann nach dem Zusammenbau selbst kontrollieren, wo man eventuell etwas nicht richtig gemacht haben könnte. Wer technisch nicht so fit ist, sollte sich unbedingt Hilfe dazu holen. Die mitgelieferten Schraubenschlüssel aus gestanztem Blech sind auch eher Schrott. Da sollte man besser eigenes Werkzeug verwenden. Für die Befestigung der Sitzbank braucht man besser eine Knarre mit Nuss oder einen gekröpften Ringschlüssel. Die beiden unteren Schraubenköpfe links und rechts bekommt mit dem normalen Maulschlüssel schlecht gepackt, da die Schraubenköpfe zwischen dem beidseitig gekanteten Blech nur sehr wenig Platz für den Schlüssel haben.Mit der Funktion der Bank bin ich ansonsten zufrieden. Und das Verhältnis Preis/Leistung ist auch in Ordnung.
