I don't write many reviews but was impressed enough to do so with this inversion table. Particularly for the price range it's in, the Innova ITM6000 is a well designed piece of equipment. It was easy to assemble and is solidly built. It's obvious that it was well thought out with the numerous conveniences and features it offers. The heat and massage pads have, after 4 or 5 weeks of daily use, proven to be very effective in helping treat my 74 year old crooked spine. It is FAR superior to the old table I had previously. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I used a timer = 1 hour + 50 minutes of assembly time. It was simple and straightforward. There were 2 steps which were made easier with the help of my daughter, but overall, I did it myself. (F, 53 years old) The directions are easy to follow, and all the tools and supplies are included and labeled. I purchased the one with heat and massage and I really love those features. So far, I have used the "level 1" most horizontal position the majority of the time, and have tried the full tilt for only a few seconds, but my nose gets stuffy when I'm upside-down LOL I have a relatively small bedroom but it fits nicely in the corner. I find the ankle supports to be very comfortable. I like to wear shoes when I'm using it, but I have done it without shoes, too. I am 5'6" and that is the height adjustment that I use. My husband is 6' and he uses the 6' adjustment. My daughter is 5'9" yet for some reason, she requires the 5'6" adjustment, so you may have to play with it to determine which will allow you to fall back. I think it's alot more sturdy than I had anticipated, and I do not feel nervous about using it while I'm alone (I had feared I wouldn't be able to right myself) I haven't moved it, but it seems like it will be easy to fold and move to a different location if I need to. I don't think you have to assemble it where it will be located, and although I haven't folded it, I can see where it would be able to fold-up and be stored in a closet or corner.

I had an inversion table long ago that hurt my feet, but this one is well-padded and much more comfortable. However, the heat/massage pad that attaches to it is very stiff, and causes pain when inverting... so I put it on a chair instead and that works better for me. I have scoliosis and degenerative disc disease, and inverting helps both of those issues!

I've had back issues for years. I started getting epidural steroid shots in 2000, had a discectomy in 2003, and a neck fusion a month ago with low back epidural shots starting again next week. My Dr recommended an inversion table. I had thought of these before but thought they were in the $1,500+ range. I hopped on Amazon and settled on the model with the heated pads and massage. It arrived to rural TN in 4 days. I split putting it together over 2 days because kneeling and bending over to screw it together was rough. The instructions are ok with 2 pieces not mentioned in the different steps. I used a socket wrench which made it a much easier job. After it was built I readjusted the head rest to better fit my 6'2" frame. The first couple of times I used it I lasted about 2 minutes as my face felt so full of blood. That might have been in my head (lpl, literally). I also had a hard time moving into and out of the inverted position. I watched a couple videos and saw how graceful they were so I practiced a little and got it in no time.I also saw that most professionals recommend 3 to 5 minute sessions several times a day. So now I open my prime music, find a song that is in that time range, push play and go. It makes the time go by very quickly as opposed to just being in my head. When I read about the 3 to 5 minute time frame to be inverted I thought that I may have wasted my money on the heated and massaging pads. Well, I didn't. I drive everywhere with heated seats, even with the AC on full blast. If I can get a few minutes of heat and massage on my back now and then, I'll take it. As far as the reviews stating that the pads move so much, I haven't had that problem at all. I'm 225 lbs and cinched the pads down. They settled a little bitbas to where my neck is but that worked out better.I highly recommend this product. It takes a little bit to get used to. I learned to relax my body instead of tensing up while hanging upside down. It's probably the best money I've spent on Amazon in a long time. If it improves my bavk pain and quality of life by 5% I'm in!

This table arrived in a short time. Setup was a bit involved, but not difficult. components are of a good quality and the table is very stable. Spending 10 minutes on a lower inversion setting gives great relief for lower back pain. This extends time between chiropractor visits, since I can loosen up my back and let it settle into a proper orientation in a few minutes. The massage pad is the real trick for that! When it first arrived, the neck pad did not work properly. Contacted the manufacturer and a replacement was received within 2 days. Everything works properly now and I am very pleased with this. The only slight issue is that the massage pad is a bit thick and can get scooted into a slightly uncomfortable position and take a bit to get it settled right. The cord for the massage pad could stand to be a little longer.Just minor annoyances, I really like this product,

Really impressed with the strength of the steel frame/base as well as all parts. Fairly easy to assemble and did it solo but one or two steps might be slightly easier with an extra set of hands but not impossible. All hardware and instructions were clearly labeled and easy to use. Has been a game changer for back rehabilitation for a compressed disk along with chiropractic care and strength training. So easy to change height and tilt settings my two teenagers use it from time to time. Doesn't take up to much space and useable in even our low-ceiling basement. Why did I wait so long before getting an inversion table!?! This will last many years, super solid.

First trial, can tell this works, quality piece, I'm 5'8" and needed to adjust to 5'9"..I'll like this I can tell, but my back will like it more..No regrets! AAA+++Didn't try the heat or message feature yet..I'm not a lumbar lover and the lumbar cushion is quite thick..so just tried without for first time..Will report back after I try it..Now reporting on lumbar cushion..message heat etc..1) lumbar is way to much for me - it flat out hurts..2) Message is correct and right - but limited because of 1) above3) Heat range is nice - but same as 2) => limited by 1) = too much lumbar!I love the incremental adjustments, I went to Princess Auto and bought a bushing that I slip over the adjuster bolt to make the increments 1/2 roughly of what they would be otherwise, quickly done and extra flexibility gained!Well built, I took mechanical engineering and see that this table is worth the extra money, if they could only reduce the lumbar, or recess it maybe a bit within the backboard!Nice machine, no regrets, and quite honestly a life changing item! ;-)Now progressed to #2 hole...love the extra pull on the back, feels nice!!
