I recently purchased the INNOVA ITM4800 inversion table, and I have to say—it’s been a game-changer for me. I have a cracked vertebra, and this table has helped tremendously in relieving pressure on my spine. The inversion feature works smoothly, and the added heat and massage functions are a fantastic bonus for muscle relaxation.The build quality is solid, and I feel completely secure while using it. The ankle support is comfortable, and the adjustments make it easy to find the perfect angle for relief. After having a severe back problem (could barely walk) and seeing the many positive reviews on this Innova model, I purchased it. I also have a shoulder injury, so was somewhat compromised during the installation. It took me about two hours to install, but was worth it! The install manual was easy to follow. If you are a woman, I would recommend having your husband or boyfriend do the installation due to the heavier pieces. Or have it installed for the extra price.All the height adjustments are easy to use to match your height and can be adjusted for more than one person.After following the instructions and reading the reviews on using the table, I started feeling relief after the third day of use. I gradually increased the incline every other day after 10 minutes of use for each angle. After a week, I'm at 60 degrees and back to walking normally. I follow up every third day. I use my smartphone and eartbuds to listen to soothing music which makes time go by faster.I like the adjustable back massager as it helps to loosen the spine and uncompress the discs in the inverted positions. I'm in my late 70s and as we grow older and don't exercise every day, the back can be a problem. I didn't use the heating element as it got too hot for me. Plus the remote is easy to use too.I agree the leg supports are slightly uncomfortable at the steeper angles, but using athletic shoes or even moccasins with socks helps. Even with my shoulder injury, I can still lift myself back to the upright position.Maybe the only dislike is the fact storing it could be a problem, but the fact it folds up sure helps!I highly recommend this model as it worked really well for me. When you look at all the different similar products on Amazon including Mr. Teeter's product on TV, this product is well built for a reasonable and lower cost. My shoulder injury requires physical therapy and the table cannot fix that. Bottom line: thank you Innova!

On my third day with this, so far, so good. First, however, let me say that whoever wrote that this assembles out of the box in 30 minutes...How can I say this politely? --That's baloney! While I may not be the type who can overhaul a car engine in the driveway, I do know my way around my tools and your average assembly instructions. Prepare to spend a good chunk of your evening getting the many pieces that come in the box all put together. And there are at least a few instances where it really helps to have a partner. That said, no major frustrations. Just a lot more than "30 minutes" (which, come to think of it, might have been written in an 'incentivized' review??)Anyway, here's what you came to find out: This inversion table is easy to figure how to use, operates smoothly and feels secure, and most importantly, seems to be helping my lower back from the get-go. Nothing dramatic, but noticeably less stiffness in my lower back which had given me occasional tightness issues throughout my 40's, and has been pretty bad most mornings (or after prolonged sitting) now that I'm in my 50's. On days when I'm not moving around, it can be tight all day. But this Labor Day weekend I've been hopping on and inverting about twice a day and feel better. A morning inversion seems to last until the evening, when I use it again. About 5 minutes each time. Haven't tried full inversion yet (there are both 85-degree and 90-degree settings), the 75-degree tilt has been enough. Also, I slightly injured my jaw recently and the pressure on it is plenty at 75-degrees. I'll try 90 degrees when my jaw is all better.Though it's only been three days, I think buying this was worth it. No SHAZAAM moments, but I'm satisfied with how my back feels perceptively better during the course of the day.

Assembled easily. Once the positions are set to me, it inverts with ease. You don’t even need to use the handles, you can pivot up and down just by shifting the position of your arms. I am 6‘3“ tall and 190 pounds. The massaging feature is nice, although I think it sticks up a little bit too high for me, but I don’t have much for curves (I’m a guy) but it is still nice. For the most part I have used it without this feature, but it could be used separately if desired. I added a piece of wax paper so that my upper body slides down easier when inverted. I think that this gives a little more pull down without needing to go at as steep of an angle, but the material used slides fine and seams durable. Easy to adjust angle. The clamps that hold on your ankles are relatively comfortable considering you are dangling from your ankles. They are easy to adjust and set as well. Overall, it seems to work great, especially for the price.

Me gustó todo y a mi esposa le encanta. Lo recomendé a un familiar y se lo compró. Me calma mucho los dolores de espalda pero hay que usarlo como debe ser. Mil por ciento recomendable por el precio. Los materiales y la construcción muy sólida, el armado requiere un poco de atención y paciencia pero super fácil. Todo viene incluido, instrucciones y herramienta. Un poco aparatoso pero vale cada peso. ¡Comprenlo ya!

Well built powder coated construction that went together easily. The Dual "U" cups for your feet are more comfortable than only having them on one side. It does fully invert and will lock there while you do some stretches and exercises, and the 20/60/80 lock stops are great for working your way up to full inversion.The heated massage pad is great! It has dual motors left/right, with heat being in the middle. It does come with an adapter with a very long 12 foot cord, so don't worry about the "no batteries" in the description. The auto mode cycles through different patterns of L/R--L/R/L--R/L/R along with just L or R pulse/full, and of course both on. You can manually select and hold a pattern if you really like a certain one. There are three levels of intensity, the highest is pretty strong. How it attaches to the table is by two wrap around flaps. So it can be taken off easily to use while sitting or laying down too.So far using inversion therapy has helped my triple bulging discs(two below and one above a Harrington bar[5 vertebrae fused with 3" bolts]). So if you're looking for relief for yourself or a loved one this is a great purchase.Thanks for reading.

Excellent product.Unbelievable price.Packaged very well.Easy to assemble.Required tools included.Youtube video for assembly.I assembled it alone.Some people may find the assembly requires a second person to assist.I reccomend putting the feet on last in case you dont pay attention to the easy and thorough instructions (like I did not) and put a couple of parts together in reverse and then need to take them apart.The feet will not need to be taken off first then.They fit tight and are not meant to readily come off once installed, although they will come off without damage if you are patient.Strong enough to last a lifetime with the exception of the vibrator heater pad as it like all vibrator/heaters are likely to fail at some point.It may well last for years though.It does collaspse to a degree.For what you get for the money, it is free!

Es bueno, cumple su función.Deben de considerar que es un artÃculo pesado, 31 kilos aproximadamente.Ocupa un poco de espacio.No se puede doblar y guardar en el armario o debajo de la camaTiene varios ángulos de inclinación.Se recomienda estar acompañado de otra persona.Es un tanto tedioso armarlo.Si trae las herramientas para el armado.El instructivo no ayuda mucho, pero te apoyas con el video instructivo.La estructura es un tanto robusta, no 100% segura.En funcionamiento le doy un 7 de 10El masajeador hace bastante ruido.El soporte de los pies es un tanto decepcionante, este se puede mejorar.Es agradable que se puede graduar la posición de la estatura.Es para uso en el hogar, no para deportivos.Es agradable usarlo gradualmente, hasta llegar a la máxima inversión permitida.
