These are affordable and work as they should. Time will tell with durability. Also, they came in a nice little plastic case.

Works really great. I would buy again. It is my fault that this part did not work the first time. Sorry

Used one of these to replace a blown one on an amplifier. It works exactly as its supposed to, doesn't appear to be a poorly done clone like some found out there these work.

Great value for the money, although this mosfet heat sync is very small for appliances that use the rated current…

The reason why the amp stopped producing power after changing out just 1 out of the 4 MOSFET irf520,s with an irf520n I'm assuming was due to the irf520n is a 48 watt when the original irf520 is a 60 watts is what caused the problem because after replacing just the one that caused all 4 to go bad in the amp.So I replaced all 4 with the irf520n and now the amp works just fine with a 15 loss in the amp output than it's original output.I put one umin a rm Italy kl-203 linear amplifier that had 1 bad irf520.After installing the irf520n the amp key down did all of its maximum wattage same as before amp seemed to work fine until about the 3rd time I transmitted the amp stop ed producing power and I don't know why yet I'll have to update later
