HISTORY

Bont was founded in Sydney in 1975 when Inze Bont, a recreational speed skater decided to fiberglass the back of his leather speed skates to gain more support. Bont was the first footwear manufacturer to use exotic material like fiberglass in 1974, Kevlar in 1986 and Carbon Fiber in 1989, and the first to use heat moldable resins and thermoplastics. In the 1980's Bont dominated the quad racing scene with the lightest and strongest boots on the market thanks to our unique one-piece manufacturing technique. Bont was the first quad skate company to use lace covers, velcro, and aluminum strengtheners in the boots.

The work great on all roads and surfaces. I can’t wait for them to get more in. The light glow brighter then any other wheels I have tried.

They glow amazing!! Feel smoother than the luminous wheels did. Lastly, the sparkles are sooo cute in the daylight.

I love that these are still gummy enough to handle the great outdoors. I barely made it across the street after getting out of the car before 10 people complimented them. I refuse to buy a bearing press. I used an adjustable wrench like I always do. These were by far thee most difficult set to install the bearings into. I was tempted to believe that I had two dud wheels that didn't work. But after giving them more love with the wrench to squeeze them tighter, they started working.
