These are the best lightups I found on the market. You will need to put a little extra energy into skating with these. As the nature of a light up will has more drag than a traditional wheel. But sometimes we make sacrifices for style and smiles. These are bright and glow more evenly in color than cheaper alternatives. Of course they will. They are soft wheels that are more ideal for outdoor use but I have used them at the rink with no issues. 2 days of activation. Just expect a little more fatigue. Ironically, if you're looking for a workout it will get you there sooner. I really wish they made an indoor light up.

Bought these wheels for my 17 yr old daughter for Christmas. She absolutely LOVES them! The white has a beautiful angelic glow to them while skating. The only negative I can think of is that the color of white slightly varies between each wheel—some are a warmer white, others a cooler tone white. We did buy 8 wheels. Don’t know if that was just a fluke? It’s not super obvious, though, and we’d definitely buy them again regardless. She gets LOTS of compliments when she wears these!!

I typically don’t do reviews, but I felt the need to do this. For those who don’t skate much, in a wheel there is always a spacer. Some ppl use them some don’t. However this spacer is what makes it glow. Keep it in the middle and THEN put your bearings on. It works, I promise :)

As an avid skater, I know wheels and these are some of the best indoor/outdoor wheels I’ve skated on. The fact that they light up is an added bonus. They’re surprisingly not sticky on the floors of my local rink, so I get to use them there and outdoors. It’s pretty cool that they don’t take up too much space on my skate’s axles, so I don’t have to worry about them coming off like other light-up wheels. Installation is a breeze. Of course, you’ll need bearings (16) because wheels typically don’t come with them pre-installed—at least, not the better wheels. Bont outdid themselves with these. I’m so pleased, I also bought teal ones which you can see in the photo. One set for indoors and the other for outdoors.
