Says it had no wood smell to it but his a slight wood smell & I have allergies but not strong enough to bug me unless Im by that will area & it well air out ober time

This is a piece of one eighth inch plywood, cut into an angle and sanded down a little on one end and then painted with kangaroos. It doesn't fly and doesn't return. Good only for looks but is not a functional boomerang. I have flown boomerangs before. This is not a functional boomerang.

Bought this for my 8 year old son. He really enjoys both boomerangs. He is not going easy on them by any means, they have been thrown into cinder blocks and gravel along with the house a few times (gotta love that). The wood has chipped in several places due to this use. The boomerang flies more like an erratic frisbee when he throws it, I have not seen it curve back like I was told boomerangs did. That said build quality is decent and it has held up to an abusive child.

I purchased this for my nephew. Now, he hasn't had the opportunity to throw it yet; as he lives in an apartment complex. However, he was ecstatic to receive the gift. He's been looking for one of these for a while.
